How do credits work?
Credits are consumed when containers store data and when tools read from them. Wire Pro plans include a monthly allotment, and anyone can top up with credit packs.
Is there a free trial?
Every new organization gets 3,000 starter credits automatically. No credit card required. That's enough to build your first container, add context, and run hundreds of tool calls so you can see exactly how Wire works before deciding on a path.
What's the difference between Pay as you go and Wire Pro?
Pay as you go has no monthly commitment, you top up with credit packs whenever you need to. Wire Pro is a monthly subscription that includes a credit allotment plus a +10% bonus on top of any credit pack you buy. Pick Pay as you go for bursty use, Wire Pro for predictable monthly usage.
How do the Wire Pro amounts work?
One product, five amounts: 20k, 50k, 100k, 200k, or 500k credits per month at $20, $50, $100, $200, or $500. Same subscription, different allotment. Pick the one that fits your expected usage, scale up or down anytime.
What happens on upgrade or downgrade?
When you upgrade Wire Pro to a larger amount, the change takes effect immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of the month and a prorated grant of the extra credits. When you downgrade, your current amount stays in place until the end of the cycle, then the smaller amount kicks in at the next renewal.
Can I buy credit packs without subscribing?
Yes. Pay as you go is exactly that: sign up, top up with credit packs whenever you need to. Packs range from $5 to $500 and are valid for 12 months from purchase. Wire Pro subscribers get +10% bonus credits on every pack on top of their monthly allotment.
What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel a Wire Pro subscription, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your organization stays on Pay as you go. Any purchased credit pack credits remain available until their 12-month expiry.
Do credits expire?
Monthly subscription credits expire 7 days after the billing cycle ends (no rollover). Purchased credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase. Starter grant credits are valid for 12 months.
How much does it cost to add team members?
All plans include unlimited team members. Invite as many people as you want. Everyone shares the same credit pool.
Are there limits on containers?
No. Create as many containers as you need on any plan. You only pay for storage and reads.
What uses credits?
Container storage (1 credit per 1,000 entries / day, capped at 100 credits / day), tool calls (1 credit), wire_search (5 credits), and file downloads (2 credits) use credits. Creating containers, writing entries, file uploads, deleting entries, background analysis, and inviting team members are free.

How can I track my credit usage?
