Every new organization gets 3,000 starter credits automatically. No credit card required. That's enough to build your first container, add context, run analysis, and make hundreds of queries so you can see exactly how Wire works before picking a plan.

Each paid tier includes a monthly credit allocation that refreshes each billing cycle. Monthly credits expire 7 days after the billing cycle ends (a grace period for payment processing). You can also purchase credit packs for additional usage. Pro and Team tiers get bonus credits on pack purchases.

When you upgrade, your new plan starts immediately with prorated charges. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan's credits until then.

Yes. Subscribers can buy credit packs for additional usage beyond their monthly allocation. Packs are valid for 12 months from purchase. Pro gets 10% bonus credits and Team gets 20% bonus credits on every pack purchase.

When you cancel a subscription, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you revert to the Free tier. Any purchased credit pack credits remain available until their 12-month expiry.
